Unable to start Weblogic Server (Locking Issue)

Faced the following issue while starting the Weblogic Server:
<Info> <Management> <BEA-141281> <unable to get file lock, will retry …>

Solution:
Delete the file AdminServer.lok from the folder
$MW_HOME/user_projects/domains/domain_name/servers/AdminServer/tmp
